Shipping policy

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification with your shipment’s tracking information. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $500 for Canada & the United States. 

Shipments within Canada

For orders that are placed within Canada, customers are subject to GST or HST. 

Shipments to the US

Duties and taxes are exempt for single shipments valued at less than $800 USD. Shipments valued at over $800 USD are subject to duties, taxes and/or import fees by your local customs authority. For orders that are placed within California, customers are subject to state, county and local sales tax.

International Shipments

For orders that are placed outside of Canada and the US, shipments are subject to duties, taxes and/or import fees by your local customs authority. We do not have control over customs or clearance delays.
